Responsibilities

Drive assigned truck according to specified speed limit, safety rule and company's policy.

Check that the vehicle is okay for driving using daily checklist.

Check that the papers are complete before embarking on any journey.

Ensure the vehicle is free from any damage before returning to park.

Report any unusual sound or sign to Fleet Officer immediately for checks and repair.

Always ensure cleanliness of the vehicle.

Ensure all vehicle accessories are intact before/after embarking on a trip and when handing over. Fill vehicle request and log book as well as mission order before embarking on a trip Ensure safety of materials conveyed from point of collection to point of destination.

Ensure proper loading and offloading of RENL cup-lumps and other materials.

Transport RENL cup-lumps and other materials to approved destination according to company's policy.

Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.

Read instructions, follow designated routes & Maps.
-
Carry out satisfactory customer service.
-
Communicate effectively with Fleet team, tracking team and other team members to coordinate pickups, deliveries and any changes to schedule or routes.

Receive and ensure prompt submission of required paperwork including waybills. Respond professionally to emergencies or unexpected situations on the road.
Requirement

SSCE with a valid driver's license for articulated vehicle

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

Must be smart, hardworking, dedicated, proactive with high integrity and a good team player.
