Responsibilities

• Supervise, control and manage assigned operational areas, ensuring continuous improvement of the efficiency level of operations.
• Manage and motivate team members/assigned work force to efficiently achieve the assigned task and target
• Ensure controls put in place are followed and improved upon to guarantee the quality targets of the organisation is met
• Ensure proper reporting and analysis of data to guide management decision

Requirements

• BSC/HND in Agronomy, Plant, Crop or Soil Science, Agric Economics/Extension or Agric Engineering
• Two years' working experience in a similar role.
• MSc will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Smart, intelligent, honest, dedicated, proactive and trainable.
