Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and monitoring of the RENL compliance framework and gender strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory, ISO/ESMS and group requirements while promoting an ethical, inclusive and risk-aware culture across all operations.
Requirements
-
LLB (Bachelor of Laws), First Degree in Social Science, Public Administration, Business
-
Administration, Human Resource Management, Gender studies, Environmental/Sustainability management or related field

Minimum of 3 years' experience in compliance, Audit, ESH, HR or Gender programmes

Knowledge of ISO, ESMS and governance frameworks preferred

Professional certificate in compliance, Risk, ESG or Gender is an added advantage

The candidate must be smart, diligent, hardworking, responsible and reliable with high integrity and confidentiality
