Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and monitoring of the RENL compliance framework and gender strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory, ISO/ESMS and group requirements while promoting an ethical, inclusive and risk-aware culture across all operations.

Requirements

• LLB (Bachelor of Laws), First Degree in Social Science, Public Administration, Business

• Administration, Human Resource Management, Gender studies, Environmental/Sustainability management or related field

•  Minimum of 3 years' experience in compliance, Audit, ESH, HR or Gender programmes

•  Knowledge of ISO, ESMS and governance frameworks preferred

•  Professional certificate in compliance, Risk, ESG or Gender is an added advantage

•  The candidate must be smart, diligent, hardworking, responsible and reliable with high integrity and confidentiality
