


In a significant stride towards advancing educational standards within its host communities, Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited officially commissioned newly renovated two blocks of five classrooms and a modern Headmaster’s office at LA Primary School in Komowa, Jeremiah in Odigbo Local Government Area, Ondo State.
This milestone event took place on Thursday February 19, 2026. It serves as a powerful testament to the company’s long-standing commitment to corporate social responsibility and its belief that a conducive learning environment is the bedrock of academic excellence. The gathering drew an impressive array of stakeholders, including the Managing Director of RENL Olivier Odoukou, SPRC of RENL Dayo Ikusika, alongside Members of the community relations committee, enthusiastic parents, teachers and pupils, all of whom lauded the company for its consistent role in educational developments.
During the colourful commissioning ceremony, the Managing Director of RENL, Olivier Odoukou, noted that the investment is far more than a simple infrastructure upgrade, but rather it is a deliberate effort to nurture the next generation of Nigerian leaders. He remarked that quality education remains the most potent tool for empowerment and reaffirmed that RENL is not merely constructing physical walls but is actively building a brighter future for pupils.
This sentiment was deeply resonated by the school’s Headmistress, who expressed profound gratitude on behalf of the school, highlighting that the facility has already sparked a renewed sense of pride and boosted the morale of students and staff alike.
