Management of Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited has commissioned the renovated health care Centre in Ago- Alaye Community, Ondo State.

The commissioning ceremony held on the 27th day of October 2023 witnessed the presence of Community Chiefs, Women and Youths from the community as well as management team from RENL.

Addressing the dignitaries present, RENL Managing Director, Olivier Odoukou stated that RENL is poised to ensuring the wellbeing of people living in its host communities and as such has decided to invest in the health care facility so it can bring good health care service to their doorstep.

The MD, Olivier Odoukou said that RENL has continued to bring development to host communities through its CSR and sustainable development strategies which remains key to the Company.

He enjoined the people to make good use of the facility and protect it with all sense of responsibility so it can serve the purpose it was meant for.

On their part, the Baale of Ago-Alaye Community, Chief Olumuyiwa Olufunmilayo (JP) thanked the MD and his team for their commitment to community development. He said that the Community has benefitted immensely from the Company and that the renovation of the health centre is one project that is of high importance to the people. He said that health is wealth and as such any investment in health care service deserves commendation.

The ceremony later witnessed the official commissioning of the healthcare centre by the Managing Director flanked by Ago Alaye community chiefs amidst cheers.
