RENL has been certified Top Employer 2025, making it the second consecutive year after our certification in 2024.

In addition, our Practice of “Wellbeing Embedded in Work” was selected as a Best Practice by the Top Employers Institute. With this, RENL becomes the first company in Nigeria and in the SIFCA Group to have a Best Practice featured on the worldwide Top Employers Best Practice portal.

It was a great honor for us to receive an invitation from the Top Employers Institute to present our Best Practice at the 2025 Top Employers Celebration in London.

On that basis, a delegation led by the Human Resources Manager, Smart Okhions, travelled to London to attend the Celebration and present our Best Practice. The delegation also comprised Dayo Ikusika, Toyin Temitope, Adeola Awomosu, Charles Turkson and Thierry Koffi, SIFCA Group HR Manager.

The presentation of the Best Practice was brilliantly done by Toyin Temitope, Procurement Manager of RENL, at the Glaziers Hall, in the Afternoon, in the presence of Top Employers representatives from all over the World. Then, later in the day, the dinner for the Top Employers Celebration was held at Old Billingsgate, London.

While we congratulate ourselves for this achievement, we remain committed to continual improvement.
