On November 29, 2023, RENL Management, as usual, held its annual Long Service award ceremony to recognize and appreciate the dedication of its long-serving staff. The event which holds at both Osse River and Araromi sites of the Company, saw the Company giving out gifts and award certificates to three hundred and eighty-five (385) workers for their various years of meritorious service to the Company. 

At the ceremony, the Managing Director Olivier Odoukou extended congratulations to all awardees, encouraging them to celebrate the moment with their families. He emphasized the company's commitment to acknowledging them for their services to the growth and development of the company. He mentioned that even the smallest contribution from staff deserves to be celebrated as to whom much is given, much is also expected. Olivier Odoukou however urged workers to continually put in their best to help the company always grow and assure them of management continuous commitment to their welfare.

Responding on behalf of the awardees, the Deputy Human Resource Manager Smart Okhions and Victor Akpan, a guest house Chef in Araromi, thanked the Company for honoring the workers every year through the long service award celebration. They both noted that no year has gone past without management fulfilling this obligation to workers, a situation they said goes a long way to show management’s total commitment to staff welfare and acknowledges their little contribution to the overall wellbeing of the Company. They expressed gratitude to the Managing Director, Olivier Odoukou for his kindness, generosity, and dedication, urging fellow awardees to continually put in their best through hard work and dedication to the course of the Company. 

The ceremony's highpoint included the presentation of certificates to staff members celebrating 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years of dedicated service to the company.
