In a heartfelt ceremony, the Management of Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited bids farewell to the company's Factory Manager Abel Anigala after 28 years of dedicated service and leadership to the company.

The ceremony took place on the 18th Day of September 2024 at the Araromi main guest house. In attendance were the Top Management of RENL, staff, colleagues, family members, community vendors, and well-wishers who also joined online.

The ceremony was graced with an address from the Managing Director of Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited Olivier Odoukuo, who thanked everyone present for finding time to celebrate one of its very own Senior Manager Abel Anigala who has been instrumental in driving growth and efficiency in the RENL factory.

He noted that Abel Anigala has immensely contributed to the growth of RENL factory which is one of the biggest achievements of RENL and with this he gave a very big thank you to Abel Anigala for his humility, wisdom, professionalism, leadership, and integrity over the years. He said further that Abel showed lots of qualities and he prayed that he continues to imbue all the good qualities in people, and he can only do that in good health and happiness.

The Managing Director Olivier Odoukou gave special thanks to the wife Mrs. Anigala for supporting her husband all these years.

Other dignitaries, including those who joined the ceremony online and physically present, noted that Abel Anigala is committed to excellence and a strategic thinker whose unwavering support for the growth and wellbeing of RENL factory and its employees remains indelible. They all affirmed that he'd set a standard that will endure in the factory for a long time. Under his guidance, the factory achieved significant milestones and with this he will be deeply missed.

On his response, Abel Anigala expressed gratitude to everyone present for spending their time with him. He also expressed gratitude to RENL Management, staff, and colleagues. In his words, 'it's a blessing to have worked alongside such dedicated teams and I'm proud of what we have achieved together. Though I'm retiring as the Factory Manager of RENL, but the memories, lessons, and relationships I have built over the years will stay with me forever. To my colleagues, I'm honored to have worked alongside with each of you. Your hard work, expertise, and teamwork have made our factory a beacon of excellence. To my successor Princess Adeniyi Adeola as you assume your responsibilities as a Factory Manager, I beg you to build on the foundation that has already been laid'.
