In a vibrant display of appreciation for its workforce, RENL management marked the International Workers Day Celebration on Thursday 1^st of May, 2025, with series of celebratory events across its sites of operations.

The event, which held simultaneously across its operational sites, served not only as a recognition of the contribution of its employees to the growth and success of the company, but also as a reaffirmation of the company, unwavering commitment to employee wellbeing.

This year's event themed "Celebrating our commitment to employee wellbeing" was attended by the Managing Director of Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited Olivier Odoukou, Management team, staff and their spouses among others.

In his address, the Managing Director of the Company, Olivier Odoukou congratulated all employees for the great achievements as RENL received the prestigious Top Employer Certification for a better world of work and employee wellbeing embedded.

He encouraged all staff to increase their performance to ensure that set targets are met at the end of the year.

In her remark, the female gender ambassador for Osse Braie Eseosa thanked the Managing Director for celebrating staff and also assured that staff will put in more efforts to meet the 2025 targets.

Highlight of the ceremony was the match past by various department, drama presentation, novelty match, talk show, talent hunt, dancing and many more.
