As part of its Ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration with the out growers, management of Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited held a one-day training program to educate out-growers on the basics of Rubber farming.

Speaking during the training, the Disease and Technical Control Manager of RENL Peter Chegbene reiterated the company's commitment to continual collaboration with out growers by providing them with all the necessary support and resources they need in other to ensure a good and sustainable rubber plantation.

He maintained that RENL will continue to make efforts that will ensure the farmers get the best technical know-how to aid better productivity in their farms.

The training featured an interactive session where out-grower farmers were educated on the best methods to handle young rubber, to control diseases and optimize productivity.

On their part, members of Iguoriakhi Rubber Farmers Association thanked RENL management for their support in ensuring that all out-growers have the best quality of latex and good sustenance of their rubber plantation.
