On Wednesday 28^th of May 2025, the management and staff of Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited gathered to celebrate the sent-forth ceremony of the Factory Maintenance Manager Phillip Adeyanju after an impressive Thirty-six years of service to the company.

The sent-forth ceremony which held at Araromi site of the company was attended by colleagues, family and friends from both far and near who has gathered to celebrate his invaluable contributions and unwavering commitment to the company.

In his remark, the Managing Director Olivier Odoukou congratulated Phillip Adeyanju for spending 36 years of his life serving the company. He expressed his joy that Philip Adeyanju is leaving the company in good health and sound mind. He maintained that his input to the company's growth over the years will never be forgotten.

Also, the Human Resource Manager Smart Okhions admonished Phillip Adeyanju not to change from his humble disposition and promised that the company will continue to remember him for his leadership, expertise and positive attitude to work.

In his response, the celebrant, Phillip Adeyanju expressed profound gratitude to the management and staff of the company for the beautiful ceremony held in his honour. He thanked the company for the opportunity to serve for Thirty-six years describing his journey in the company as a journey filled with growth, learning and cherished memories. He also appreciated his family and friend who are always there to support him whenever he is in need.

Highlights of the event was the presentation of gifts amidst cheers and jubilation.
