In-line with its bi-annual camp inspection and meeting with staff, the Managing Director of Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited Olivier Odoukou and the management team embark on his first tour for 2025 visiting the company's sites of operations.

The tour, which took place from 8^th – 24^th of April 2025, saw the attendance of Rubber Estates, Nigeria Limited management team, which was led by the Managing Director Olivier Odoukou and staff of the company, both senior and junior staff.

On his part, the Managing Director Olivier Odoukou reaffirmed the company's commitment to rewarding hard work and diligence urging workers to remain committed to achieving the company's overall objectives. He then applauded the staff for their outstanding performance in 2024, highlighting impressive field production, factory production, sales and low accident rate.

However, the MD also emphasized the need for staff to put in more efforts, as the company's key objectives for 2025 are currently below targets. He encouraged workers to maintain their momentum and strive for excellence.

The staff appreciated the MD for recognizing their efforts and for his commitment to improving the welfare of staff as his approachable leadership style is valued always. They also promised to continue putting in their best to ensure that the company's targets are met
