Management of Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited showed an appreciation on excellence as it honoured its outstanding employees with the prestigious Best Employees Award and retiree ceremony .

The event which took place from 10^th to 22^nd of April 2025 at Araromi, Osse River and Utagba-Uno site respectively, saw the attendance of the Managing Director of RENL, staff, awardees and also retirees whose long loyal service left a lasting legacy.

The Managing Director, Olivier Odoukou expressed his profound appreciation to the awardees and retirees for their hard work and commitment. He restated the company's commitment to recognizing and celebrating excellence

In his remarks, the Human Resource Manager, Smart Okhions celebrated the retirees commending their years of service and contribution to the growth and development of the company. He then further encouraged current employees to emulate the hard work, patience and perseverance of the retirees. He added that the management will continue to create opportunities to celebrate excellence and long-standing services to the company.
